Ways to Maintain Your Results
While the life expectancy of plastic surgery results is not promised, it is your responsibility to prolong the quality of them. To extend your results, you should prevent new signs of ageing from forming as best as you can. This can be done by practising the following tips:
- Eat a healthy diet
- Avoid smoking
- Hydrate skin by applying moisturizers and drinking water
- Avoid peak sun hours between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Follow all surgical procedures with non-surgical injectable treatments, laser resurfacing, facials, and chemical peels
- Wear sunscreen on a daily basis
- Minimize weight fluctuations
