At our company’s Digital Platform Group, Sophia Allen serves as a leading software engineer (DPG). Shreya Sheel is a UX Researcher who was born and raised in the thriving tech hub of Silicon Valley. It didn’t take long for Shreya to pick up an interest in creative problem-solving and ideation since she was always in the company of individuals who shared these passions.

Both Sophia and Shreya credit their families, friends, and coworkers for helping them succeed in their respective fields.

I’ve never been very self-assured, and I’ve always felt like I had to prove myself, Shreya said. Having a group of caring people in my life to lean on, though, has been an enormous boon.
